The beginnings

Here the project begins. I have a supervisor, so step one is complete. Now to pick the project focus over the next few weeks.

Initially I need to find and read lecture notes on Streaming Algorithms and also look at some of the Algorithms conferences found here: http://www.cs.tau.ac.il/~iftgam/eventlist.htm
